ArtNetWeb is a project to develop innovative uses of the web for artists. It includes a non-Internet BBS (Bulletin Board Systems), a New York-based 'Internet Reading Room,' where those who aren't Internet savvy can learn the Internet by doing. There is also a large web-space devoted to online art exhibitions. Users will find a collection of images, web art, and a selection of art-related webzines.
